Work of sewerage pump stations is carried out as follows:
Sewages through an inlet branch 7 and a discharge basket 14 flows into the reception tank 4, thus, all dust available in sewages remains in a discharge basket 14. At achievement by sewages of the top operating level in the reception tank 4, on a signal of the upper level sensor 13 it is switched on the pump 12 which feeds sewages to a pressure network through a pressure head branch pipe and armature 18,19. At downturn of sewage level in the reception tank 4 up to the bottom mark, the pump 12 is switched off on a signal of the bottom level sensor 13. Adjustment of the delivery volume of sewages in system is carried out by opening-closing of a pipeline valve 19 on a roiling collector.
At filling of a discharge basket 14 the level of sewages in a inlet branch 7 will raise, that becomes the reason of sensor triggering which will submit on a control panel and the alarm board the signal about necessity of unloading of dust from a discharge basket 14.
At a raising by electric hoist 15 the discharge baskets 14 (in the beginning of its movement) in the top working module 6 for unloading in the container 28, a water gate 17 is automatically blocked with a inlet branch 7. At returning of a discharge basket 14 on a place the water gate 17 automatically opens inlet branch 7.
For a possibility of performance of preventive or repair work on an inlet branch 7 it is stipulated the pipeline valve 16.
As the sewerage pump station operates in an automatic mode without the presence of duty operator, so the presence of a discharge basket 14, sensor and the remote panel provides timely signal injection about a necessity of unloading of dust from a basket 14. It as much as possible prevents the ingress of contamination into the reception tank 4 during overflow of a basket 14.
The presence of shutter 17 prevents ingress of contamination into the reception tank 4 during the moment of its unloading from a basket 14.
