Installation "ДЕКО-СИО" is operates as follows:
Sludge feeds to a receiver tanks 1 and then unload by stuff from receiver tanks into filtration sleeves 2, where the sludge will remain 5(7) days. Feeding of sludge from receiver tanks 1 into filtration sleeves 2 is realized through the stop valves 4.
As a result of long-term heat treatment of sludge (at a temperature 80 – 85оС) it is provided a destruction of pathogenic microflora and helminth eggs. At the same time, due to high moisture- resistance and vapor permeabilty of the material of filtration sleeves, during stay in a sleeve the humidity of sludge decreased up to 5-10%. Air supply into filtration sleeves 2 is realized through stop valves 5.
Dried up and sterilized sludge is unloaded manually from filtration sleeves into a plastic flask, and after that is poured into a polyethylene bag (package) and tightly soldered. The bag is located on a temporary storing position.
The unloading of sterilized sludge from the filtration sleeves 2 is realized through a binded mouth 6.
